Flight B
Wilson Flushes Out Patulot

The Philippines’ Lemmor Patulot raises it up from the HJ to 6,000 and in the CO Paul Wilson of the United States 3-bets it to 20,000. It folds back to Patulot who calls.
The flop goes 9♦ A♥ T♦ as Patulot checks. Wilson continues firing, this time for 40,000. Patulot calls. The turn is the 9♠ as the Filipino checks again. Now, Wilson goes for it all by shoving his remining stack all-in. He covers Patulot who tanks and decides it’s time to shine.
Wilson unfurls A♦ K♦ for top pair-top kicker on the flop. Patulot shows A♠ J♠ and is outkicked.
The river, however, is the J♦ and initially it was thought that Patulot rivered Wilson for two pairs, but it also gave the American the nut flush, hence, Patulot is now permanently out of the running for Day 1B.
