Kazuki Yamashita opened to 3,000 from the hijack and Nozomu Yoshida defended from the big blind. The flop came 9♦ Q♦ 8♥ and Yoshida led out with a 3,000 bet that Yamashita called. Yoshida continued for 4,000 on the 8♥ turn and Yamashita called again.

On the 5♦ river Yoshida check-called a 9,000 bet from Yamashita. Yamashita had two pair with A♦ 8♠ but Yoshida had a better two pair with A♣ Q♥ to win the pot.

A player from under the gun opened to 2,200, Joemark Vasay called from early position, Nozomo Yoshida raised to 5,500 from the hijack, the original opener folded and Vasay called.

On the 7♦ 3♥ 4♠ flop Vasay checked and Yoshida bet 4,000. Vasay shoved for 24,500 and Yoshida folded.

A player from under the gun opened to 800 and received four callers including Nozomu Yoshida in early position and Takemi Munakata in the hijack.

The flop came Q♣ 7♦ 2♣ and action checked around to Munakata who bet 2,500. Only Yoshida called.

On the 5♣ turn Yoshida checked and Munakata bet 3,000. Yoshida raised to 9,000 and Munakata folded.
