Hernan Jaybee Villa opened to 2,000 from early position, Ryuki Shirase called from the button and Saito Takashi called from the big blind.

The flop came 2♥ T♦ K♦ . Takashi checked, Villa bet 2,100, Shirase called and Takashi shoved for 12,700. Villa re-shoved with a covering stack and Shirase, who had 20,700, called and was also at risk.

Villa just had a pair of nines but despite two overcards on the flop he was ahead of his opponents who both had a flush draw. No flush came in on the 2♠ J♠ runout and Villa eliminated both opponents to take down a sizable pot.

Ryuki Shirase opened to 2,500 from under the gun and Li Ming Liu called from the hijack. The flop came 8♣ 5♣ A♠ and Shirase fired a 3,000 continuation bet that was called by Liu.

Shirase continued for 4,500 on the 6♦ turn and Liu called again. On the 3♣ river Shirase bet 4,000 and Liu called once more. Shirase immediately mucked and Liu won the pot without having to reveal their hole cards.
