After another 15 levels of Day 1 play in the Main Event are under our belts we reached the final 19 out of a starting field of 126 advancing to Day 2 on Saturday 13:00.

With the top 5 eclipsing yesterdays Flight A chip leader we saw Mystery Bounty's biggest winner Fransisco Sanchez come out on top with 379,000 to his name, after another stellar performance. In close quarters we have 2nd in chips Kim Jaejoong bagging 367,000 and David Rene Mar in 3rd with 341,000.

For all the players missing out today, we have Flight C on Friday at 13:00 with the usual 10 levels of late registration until around 20:10.

Opening 5,000 from +1, chip leader Lenart Ecarma takes CO Sergius Santos to the flop K♠ A♣ 2♦ and continues for 4,000. Making the call, Sergius Santos watches the 2♠ get dropped for a check around to the river 7♥ and when checked to him again, forks out a winning bet of 10,000.

Chip leader Lenart Ecarma lays out 2,400 from UTG and takes four on another family trip to the flop 4♥ 3♥ 5♦ . The BB has a go with a 4,000 lead, but gets shut down by a 12,000 raise from the preflop aggressor and a cold call from SB Alex Chong Tak Sin to take us to the turn T♥ heads up. Holding 8♦ 8♣, Lenart puts Alex all-in for his remaining 12,000 chips with K♣ 2♣ for an open ender, but the dealer denies it with the river 3♦ to send Alex Chong Tak Sin to the rail.

Picking up the action on a complete board J♣ 4♥ J♥ 4♠ 8♥ with 34,500 in the pot from a triple barrel jam by Soh Puay Hwee, September's Manila Megastack Event #1 winner Lenart Ecarma Cracks A♠ A♦ with K♦ J♦ to send Soh Puay Hwee packing.
