With a big blind battle against William Ysmael going Richard Marquez' way just the hand before, we see Alvir Inocentes jamming his last 240,000 from CO with 4♣ 4♦. Richard Marquez calls with J♣ J♦ and the dealer has a player at risk. Flipping over K♠ 8♣ 7♣ K♥ 3♥ we are down to the last three players.

With next hands just pushing chips around with not much changing in stack sizes we jump back in when SB Alvir Inocentes open-jams 2,400,000 with A♦ 4♣ and BB Richard Marquez wakes up with 9♦ 9♥ to call and dominate. The dealer flips over 6♠ J♥ 4♠ 5♣ 3♦ to hand Richard a double and leave Alvir with two big blinds.

#126 has Alvir Inocentes raise 250,000 in SB to take it down.

#127 is another walk for William Ysmael.

#128 kicks of with SB William Ysmael limp, but decides to let it go after BB David Rene Mar pumped it to 300,000.

#129 goes to Alvir Inocentes with a walk.

#130 starts with David Rene Mar raise to 225,000 from BU and SB Alvir Inocentes calls to see the flop K♥ 4♠ 6♠ that gets checked to the river T♣ T♦ where Alvir takes over the reins with a 350,000 lead holding A♠ 9♦ , but gets called by David with J♥ 6♥ .

#121 is another limped blind battle with a flop K♥ 6♠ 5♥ that gets checked to the turn J♦ where David Rene Mar slides out a winning bet of 125,000.

#123 is a walk for William Ysmael

#124 starts with Alvir Inocentes min-raising from CO, SB William Ysmael three-bets to 650,000, but goes deep in the tank when faced with a 2,400,000 jam. He lets it go with the aid of two times banks.

#117 has David Rene Mar open 250,000 from SB and Alvir Inocentes defends to see the flop Q♦ A♣ A♠ where a 100,000 c-bet is enough for David to scoop the pot.

#118 goes to Alvir Inocentes min raising SB.

#119 kicks off with a 225,000 raise from CO David Rene Mar that gets called by SB Alvir Inocentes before Richard Marquez three-bets 750,000 to scoop the pot.

#120 is picked up by Richard Marquez with a three-bet again, this time making it 600,000 against Alvir Inocentes' min open.

Andy Chan kicks off the action with a 160,000 raise from UTG and BB alvir Inocentes defends his big to see the flop 3♠ 6♠ 8♣ where a 150,000 c-bet finds a caller to go to the turn 4♦ that has both players check to complete the board A♦ . Alvir is done checking and switches to a lead of 375,000 instead which brings the hand to an end.

Hand #10 starts off with Yohei Katsuragawa open 85,000 from LJ, Raised to 245,000 by HJ Alvir Inocentes and BB William Ysmael puts down the hammer with a 650,000 cold four-bet to scare off his opposition.

Hand #5 goes to birthday boy Yusuf Cassidy with a raise to 140,000 from CO and no takers.

Hand #6 has Sham Wing Sheuk open 80,000 from BU, called by SB and BB Alvir Inocentes pumps it to 165,000 to take it down.

Having reached the Final 9 down from 77 that started Day 2 Richard Marquez came to life towards the end running up a massive chip lead that resulted in him bagging 3,070,000 in first, but Alvir Inocentes - the only player that qualified for day 2 twice - mounted a late charge that included the last minute elimination of Christopher Mateo on the final table bubble and brought him close to the leader with 2,825,000 in chips.

With an exiting journey through the ITM stage down to the final table done, we give the players some time to recover before we resume play tomorrow at 13:00 with the contenders battling over the lion share of the P20,113,920 prize pool and P3,713,920 on top.

Being the shortest stack, Christopher Mateo jams his remaining 250,000 with A♣ 8♠ from the HJ and things are looking good when Alvir Inocentes fills up his big blind to flip over A♦ 2♦ . The dealer agrees tabling K♠ 6♦ 5♣ Q♥ until she changes her mind on the river 2♠ to deliver a crushing blow to Christopher Mateo, sending him home as the final table bubble.

Kicking us off with a raise to 40,000 from HJ, Alvir Inocentes takes CO Seojin Lee to the flop 3♥ A♦ 7♥ to slow down to a check-call for 90,000 to reveal the T♣ and another check to induce Seojin Lee to go all-in for 315,000 with A♣ 7♠ . Having A♥ A♠ , Alvir Inocentes snaps to see the insignificant river K♣ hit the felt and scoop up a very juicy pot.

The action kicks off with a 35,000 raise from the HJ, countered by a 90,000 three-bet from SB Alvir Inocentes and a cold call from BB Hiroyuki Matzusaki to go to the flop K♦ A♣ 9♦ heads up. A 120,000 c-bet goes over the line and gets called to reveal the turn T♦ . Alvir Inocentes announces all-in for 206,000 with 9♣ 9♠ and is a happy camper when Hiroyuki calls with A♠ K♠ and the dealer completes the board with a blank J♦ .

Raising 22,000, HJ Alvir Inocentes takes BB Joseph Talamayan to the flop J♥ J♣ 9♣ and continues for 25,000 that gets check-called for the turn K♣ and a check around to complete the board 2♥ . Another 48,000 gets check-called again for Alvir Inocentes to show A♣ 5♣ flush received by a muck.

Flight C had 250 entries with the top 38 advancing and Jonald Garcia emerging as the chip leader, bagging a whopping 709,000 in chips with a late charge including the last minute eliminations of Robert Yamashita and Jeffrey Pamplona. Sehoon Jin finished 2nd with 478,000 and Alvir Inocentes came in third with 434,000. Those three will also start day 2 as overall chip leaders.

UTG Alex Tanev limps, CO Alvir Inocentes raises to 6,500, SB Ju Won Chung shoves 10,500 and the other two fill up to check all the way to the river 5♦ 2♦ 8♥ K♣ 4♣ to reveal Ju Won Chung as the winner with A♣ K♦ against Tanev's K♠ Q♠ and Inocentes' A♥ Q♣ .

After a 2,500 open from +1, Alvir Inocentes calls BU Edgar Asehan's 7,000 three bet to see the flop 7♠ 5♠ A♦ and checks. A 4,000 c-bet gets called for the turn 6♥ that gets checked to complete the board K♥ . With another check in front, Edgar Asehan pulls the trigger for a 16,000 all-in with jack-high J♠ T♠ , but gets called by Alvir Inocentes with A♣ J♣ and has to reload, if he wants to have a shot at holding the trophy.

After another 15 levels of Day 1 play in the Main Event are under our belts we reached the final 19 out of a starting field of 126 advancing to Day 2 on Saturday 13:00.

With the top 5 eclipsing yesterdays Flight A chip leader we saw Mystery Bounty's biggest winner Fransisco Sanchez come out on top with 379,000 to his name, after another stellar performance. In close quarters we have 2nd in chips Kim Jaejoong bagging 367,000 and David Rene Mar in 3rd with 341,000.

Opening 4,000 from +1, Marco Espela is faced with opposition to his left, making it 10,500. After calling and watching the flop materialize 5♦ T♦ 9♠ , he leads 23,000 and picks up the pot.

Another heads up gets initiated by Alvir Inocentes with a 2,400 raise from +1 and Tomoto Daijiro defending big blind for the flop 4♥ J♦ J♣ . A 1,900 c-bet and a call go into the middle for the turn 9♣ to be revealed and Tomoto Daijiro takes over the reins with a 2,500 lead that completes the board 8♠ . Tomoto slows down with a check, just to put his foot on the gas again when faced with a 6,500 bet from Alvir Inocentes for a check-raise 15,000 that takes down the pot.

Alvir Inocentes picks up a pot with an open of 1,000 and a four-bet to 9,500 against Seongjin Kim's 2,500 button three-bet.
