A good fold by Lam, Lin failed to escape the spot, shipping Jang the double up as board 8♣ 5♠ 6♦ J♥ T♣ ran on the felt.

Eddy Cheng opened on the cutoff and was met with a 270,000 three bet from Hyunsick Jang on the small blind. Cheng clapped back with an all-in, and picked up the dead money as Jang tossed his hand in the muck.

Hyunsick Jang defended his big blind against Meng Ling Lin's hijack open, and went on to check raise 200,000 on flop 5♠ 6♠ 6♦ . Lin completed, peeling turn J♦ . Action checked round to river 3♠ , where Lin bet a final 400,000. Jang check folded, shipping Lin yet another boost.

Hyunsick Jang defended his big blind against Wei Jen Wang's cutoff open, and check called another 60,000 on flop Q♠ 6♦ T♣ . On turn T♦ , Jang was left unable to continue after Wang barreled 150,000. Wang showed bluff J♦ 7♣ as he raked in the pot.

With 200,000 in the pot on flop K♠ J♣ J♦ , action was caught on Wei Jen Wang with a bet of 100,000. Hyunsick Jang on the big blind check called, and arrived at showdown shortly after turn Q♣ and 9♣ were checked through. Jang revealed trip jacks J♦ 7♠ , crushing Wang's A♣ Q♠ on all streets.

A back and forth between Wu Chiayun and Hyunsick Jang landed both stacks in the middle, Jang at risk for his entire 600,000.
