Victor Chong Is The Bubble Boy!

Deepstack (KRW 100M GTD) 1B

Blinds 4,000/8,000 Ante 8,000

With the bubble at stake and action folding to the two blinds, Zhang Hongru applied the pressure with an all-in raise with J 2 and Victor Chong immediately making the call for all his 90,000 with A A . Hongru made a mental face palm while Chong beamed at the thought of doubling up. The flop came J 9 9 which improved Hongru's hand, but not enough for Chong to press the panic button. The turn J turned all that around quickly, and the river 4 made it too late to panic. The poker gods and their sick sense of humor give Zhang Hongru the win and crack the aces of Victor Chong at the bubble of all times.
