The rules of a flipout are pretty simple. There are 10 players who get 3 cards each face-up. Meaning, all players can see all the cards. With that information, a player will pick the best two cards and will go all-in against all the other cards. The dealer will deal a the five-card board and whoever has the best hand wins. A little bit of skill and a whole lot of luck.
