Commotion at table 2 with the tournament director Roberto Wong called to decide. Following a limp by CD, big stacked Liu Ming Zhong shoved and after the big blind Zhang San folded, Liu forgot CD was in the hand and slid his cards to the muck. The dealer immediately tried to retrieve it but it was unsure if they were the right cards. The TD was called, Wong asked CD to make a decision, CD went ahead and risked his shorter stack and the players had to wait for the CCTV to be reviewed. With time ticking, it was decided that Liu's hand would be retrieved and play resumed.

Liu Ming Zhong was seen entering three consecutive pots to gain a bit of ground .On his first hand, Liu limped then three-bet jammed 711,000 on top of CD's 52,000 raise.


Immediately after, from the button Liu made it 72,000 to go, only two of the three limpers called. At the flop T T 6 Zhang San shoved his last 110,000 got called as Liu folds. Zhang opens Q T and is way ahead of J J. No changes on the turn K and river 7 for Zhang to double up.


Third hand, Esti Wang and CD limp, Liu raises 56,000, only Esti Wang calls and they head to the flop A J 9 . Liu c-bets 75,000 and takes down the pot.
