Mastuda Takes From Belcher

Level 18: 8,000 / 16,000 ante: 16,000

Naohiro Matsuda raised to 32,000 from under the gun and Jimin Lee defended his big blind.


The flop came down 7 A 5 , and Lee check-called a bet of 18,000 from Matsuda.


The K appeared on the turn. Once again, Lee check-called a bet from Matsuda, but this time for 55,000.


The action checked through on the 2 river and Lee showed A 8 for a pair of aces. This was outdone by Matsuda who had a better hand with A Q


In the following hand, Matthew Belcher raised to 32,000 on the button and Lee made the call from the small blind.


A flop of 3 A 7 fell and Lee checked. Belcher bet 25,000 and Lee carved out the call.


The 7 appeared on the turn and both players checked for the A to show up on the river. Lee checked for the last time, and Blecher bet a heft 65,000. Lee instantly called and then mucked once he saw the the Q of Matsuda
