Phuong Tan started the limping round from early-position and everybody except the cut-off limped along. On A♠ 9♦ 5♠ it got checked to Jack Maris who bet out 2,000. Junqiang Lyu on the button and Tan called.

The turn was the 7♦ and it got checked to the button who bet 5,000. Only Maris called and both players saw the 3♦ arriving on the river. No action happened on the river and both players tabled their hands.

Junqiang Lyu opened to 500 from early-position and Shi Bei called before Le Hung raised it to 2,000. Both players called and the flop came down K♠ Q♣ T♥ . Lyu and Bei checked and Hung continued his aggression with a 2,700 bet. Only Lyu called and they went heads-up to the J♠ turn. No action happened, as both players elected to check.

On the river came the 5♠ and Lyu led out for 1,500. After about a minute of thinking time, Hung made a small raise to 4,000. Lyu called but had to concede the pot after Hung tabled T♣ T♦ . Great value bet by Hung, which not everybody would have found.

Slaven Popov opened for 800 from middle position. When the action folded to the small blind, Junqiang Lyu three-bet to 2,700. Popov responded with a re-raise to 8,700, prompting Lyu to shove all-in, risking his tournament life. Popov quickly called.
