Ashley Patterson had raised from the button and Zheng Han Beh shoved from the small blind for around 50,000. Once it got back to Patterson, he thought for a while before he flicked in the call.

Patterson was looking to thin down the field, and didn't need to wait long to do so as he made a flush on the 3♣ J♣ 2♣ flop, which left Beh drawing extremely thin. No miracle runner-runner would play out for Beh, as the 2♦ T♣ runout sent him to the rail.

It's been a great start to Day 2 for Patterson, as he has more than doubled his starting chip stack and is among the chip leaders.
