Day 2
Lee Deflates Marquez
There was over 50,000 in the pot right beside a board that read 5♠ 7♦ 5♥ Q♦ Q♥ Junwoo Lee fired 25,000 from the button after Richard Marquez checked his big blind option. Marquez looked at the board and felt confident that his ace would split the pot. Marquez was wrong. Lee flipped over T♦ T♠ for a better two-pair while Marquez showed the A♠ while mucking the other card.

Flight C
Richard Marquez Finishes Day 1 C Strong
One of the bigger stacks to finish Flight C will be Richard Marquez. He just raked in another decent-sized pot, after opening from early-position and making a continuation-bet against Seongsu Kong in the cut-off on Q♦ 6♥ 2♣ . The 2♦ appeared on the turn and both players checked to see the 5♥ river. Marquez put out a hefty bet of 20,000 which eventually got called by Kong. Marquez tabled A♠ 2X for turned trips.

Marquez With Unsuccesful Raise on the Flop
Firat Basbaydar opened from middle-position and got called by Seongsu Kong next to him, and Richard Marquez in the big-blind.
On K♠ J♠ 8♦ Basbaydar bet 4,000, which Kong called, which inclined Marquez to raise to 12,000. Basbaydar smelled a rat and re-raised to 28,000, which was enough to take down the pot on the flop.

Flight B
Ampatuan Takes Down a Pot, Marquez Down to Half a Starting Stack
John Costiniano opened to 1,100 from middle position and got a call from Nhu Hai Le in the hijack. Badrudin Ampatuan then three-bet to 4,800 from the small blind, which only Le called.
A continuation-bet on a flop of 3♠ 5♦ 7♠ did the trick for Ampatuan, who took his stack up to around 55,000 with that pot.
Richard "Hotsauce" Marquez is seated at the same table, but hasn't gotten off to the best start as he has lost half of the starting stack, and sits with around 20,000 as the mid-way point of the flight approaches.
