Lenart Ecarma raised to 8,500 from UTG+1 and called the 21,000 re-raise of Gab Yong Kim at the cut-off. The flop came K♥ Q♦ 9♠ . Ecarma checked then called the 14,000 bet of Kim to see a 5♦ on the turn. Ecarma checked and Kim fired 100,000 to cover the chips of Ecarma. Ecarma risked whatever remained.
Ecarma was ahead with a pair of queens against the pocket eights of Kim when they flipped their cards. However, the river threw a 8♥ giving Kim a set and eliminating Ecarma from the tournament.
