Seokjun Lee made the 10,000 min-raise from under the gun and was called by Brett Bader on the cut-off and Uuganbayar Erdenekhu at the big blind. The three players were shown a flop of 8♥ 3♣ J♥. All three players checked to get a free peek of K♦ on the turn. Action was checked to Bader who counted 18,000 chips and put it on the betting block. Erdenekhu folded, but Lee made the call to see an 8♠ river. Lee checked to Bader, who bet out 26,000. Lee folded and surrendered the pot to Bader.

American Brett Bader sees the action folded to him on the D and opts to raise for 11,000. Victor Chong of Malaysia decides to defend his BB.

The flop comes 5♥ 7♥ 7♣ as Chong checks. Bader CBets to 10,000 but the Malaysian check-raises to 35,000. Bader makes the call. The turn is the K♠ and Chong continues his aggression by betting 80,000. Bader chooses to no longer continue in the hand.

Victor Chong min-raised to 8,000 from UTG+1 and was called by cut-off Thomas Ward and big blind Brett Bader. The three players were opened a flop of 6♦ K♣ 8♥. Action was checked to Thomas Ward who fired out 11,000. Chong folded, but Bader stuck around to see a 2♠ turn. Bader led out with 33,000 and was called by Ward to proceed to the 5♣ river. Bader checked and folded, unable to commit to Ward's all-in shove for 82,000.

Despite the stormy weather, 166 poker hopefuls at Okada Manila still made the PHP 165,000 (~US$ 2,850) buy-in to participate in Flight B of the APPT Manila Champion, which is guaranteeing a prize pool of at least PHP 55,000,000 (~US$ 960,850). 112 survivors still remain and will play until the end of Level 11 where those still with chips get to bring them over for the Day 2 leg tomorrow.

Yan Li of China holds the biggest stack so far with 208,500 chips. Sanjeev Kapoor has the next big stack with 181,000 while Patrick Crivell rounds up the top three with 172,000.

Brett Bader raised to 900 from the hi-jack and got a lone customer with Graham Cowan on the cut-off. Both players are flipped 9♥ 3♥ 4♠ on the flop. Bader made a c-bets for 800 and Cowan called to see a 4♣ turn. Bader fired 2,700 and Cowan gave up.

Brett Bader raised to 700 from UTG and Emmanuel Derecho pumped it to 2,400 from two seats over and got Sanjeev Kapoor making the call from the hi-jack along with Bader. The three get peeled a flop of T♣ K♠ 6♠ and check it down to open a 3♠ on the turn. Bader then led out with 2,000 with Derecho surrendering. Kapoor made a three-bet to 6,500 and Bader took a moment to reflect before finally folding.
