Hand #58: From the big blind, Michael Kim Falcon defends the big blind from Hyeonsik Yun's 125,000 then both go the distance 8♥ T♥ 4♦ 6♦ 5♣ . Falcon bets every street 150,000, 300,000, 420,000, Hyeonsik calls then mucks T♦ 7♦ straight.

Hand #57: Hyeonsik Yun is back on top after a monster double up against the leader Michael Kim Falcon. Hand opens with a button raise from Falcon that's met with a 350,000 re-raise from small blind Hyeonsik. Falcon calls and they head to the flop T♠ 8♠ A♣ .

Hyeonsik c-bets 150,000 and Falcon calls. On the turn 8♥ , it is checked to Falcon who bets 250,000, called by Hyeonsik. On the river J♣ it's fireworks with Falcon firing 550,000, Hyeonsik check-raises all in for 2,205,000, Falcon calls and shows 7♥ 9♥ straight. Hyeonsik has him beat with A♠ A♦ full house.

Hand #55: Hyeonsik Yun comes barrels down by first raising 125,000 that's called by big blind Michael Kim Falcon. Hyeonsik c-bets 75,000 at the flop K♣ A♠ 3♦ , then 300,000 on the turn 2♦ . Falcon folds to the big bet.

Hand #56: Small blind Michael Kim Falcon opens 125,000, Hyeonsik Yun folds his big blind.

Hand #54: From the button, Michael Kim Falcon min-raises, big blind Adrien Berger calls, then both pass on the flop 8♥ 2♥ T♠ . No more friendliness on the turn 7♦ with 100,000 coming from Falcon's corner. Berger check-calls for the river A♥ . Falcon fires 225,000 this time, Berger check-calls once more then mucks to A♦ 7♣ two pair.

Hyeonsik's small pair is one point higher than Falcon's smaller pair to claim the pot.

With Falcon hitting the pair, he ensured himself the win while booting Sanchez in the process.

Hand #47: From the small blind, Ron Tate goes all in for his last 125,000 (2.5 bb) and big blind Michael Kim Falcon doesn't want to chip him up.

Hand #48: Small blind Michael Kim Falcon limps in and then bets 75,000 on the flop T♥ J♦ K♣ . Big blind Hyeonsik Yun folds.

Hand #49: From the buton, Michael Kim Falcon bumps it up 125,000 and small blind Hyeonsik Yun calls. Falcon continues his aggression with a 150,000 c-bet that Hyeonsik check-calls. Both tap felt on the turn 6♦ and river 2♠ . Falcon shows 6♥ 7♦ pair for the pot.

Hand #45-46: Ron Tate opens 80,000, gets popped by Michael Kim Falcon to 200,000, Tate calls for a flop 5♥ 4♦ 7♥ . After Tate checks, Falcon fires 200,000, Tate folds after a time bank is used.

Following that hand, Tate defends the big blind and calls Hyeonsik Yun's min-raise. On the flop T♥ A♥ 9♠ , Tate check-raises 160,000 and Hyeonsik sticks around for the turn K♥ . Tate leads out 130,000, Hyeonsik jams, Tate tanks for three time banks then folds.

Hand #30: Adrien Berger raises 300,000 and gets no action.

Hand 31: Small blind Hyeonsik Yun raises 80,000 and wins the big blind and ante.

Hand #32: Hyeonsik Yun jams his massive stack from the button, no takers.

Hand #33: Big blind Adrien Berger gets a walk.

With the board running 2♣ 7♠ 2♥ K♣ 8♣, Yerofieiev scores his second double up to stay in the game.

Hand #27: Jeorge Lagatuz open shoves 325,000, no takers.

Hand # 28: Adrien Berger open shoves 425,000, no takers.

Hand #24: Big blind Ihor Yerofieiev calls Michael Kim Falcon's button raise and both check to the turn 6♦ 4♦ 2♠ J♥ . Following a check, Falcon bets 100,000, and Yerofieiev calls to see the river Q♣ . Another check from Yerofieiev gets a shove from Falcon. Yerofieiev doesn't risk it his last 4 bb.

Hand #25: Down to 4 bb, Yerofieiev goes all in from the small blind with 9♦ 8♠ and needs help against caller Jeorge Lagatuz's A♦ 8♣ . When the flop lands 3♦ 6♣ 9♥ , Yerofieiev improves, which holds on the turn J♣ and river T♦ .

Hand #17: Jeorge Lagatuz raises and finds no callers.

Hand #18: Michael Kim Falcon has taken a chunk out of Hyeonsik Yun to slide up top. Falcon initiated the action, raising 65,000 that's called by Hyeonsik. On the flop A♠ 6♣ 5♥ , Falcon checks then raises from 60,000 to 125,000. Hyeonsik calls. After both check the turn 8♦ , Falcon sends out 350,000 on the river 5♣ , Hyeonsik tank-raises 800,000, Falcon uses two time banks then shoves 1,660,000, Hyeonsik gives it up after a minute.

Falcon shows his A♥ A♣ set, Hyeonsik also shows 5♦ 6♦ two pair.

With Falcon pairing his queen, Schulze goes down in 8th place.

Hand #12: Ron Tate opens 65,000 and wins the blinds and ante.

Hand #13: Jeorge Lagatuz opens 65,000, still no flop as everyone folds.

Hand #14: Big blind Michael Kim Falcon calls Oliver Schulze min-raise then check-calls on a board 9♥ K♣ 2♣ 6♦ for 65,000 and 130,000. On the river 8♥ , both check, Falcon has K♥ 4♣ top pair and collects his second good pot of the day.

Hand #15: Ron Tate bumps it up to 65,000 and is up against caller Hyeonsik Yun from the big blind. Both check to the turn 9♠ 8♦ 4♦ K♥ . Tate bets 120,000 and takes it down without a fight.

Hand #9: Francisco Sanchez's 65,000 raise finds callers in cutoff Michael Kim Falcon and button Hyeonsik Yun. On the flop T♥ 2♠ J♠ , action is passed to Falcon, he lays out a 110,000 bet. Only Sanchez calls to the turn 7♣ . Falcon charges with a 210,000 bet and this time takes the pot uncontested.

The APPT National wrapped up Day 2 with the Final 9 players determined in just 7 hours of play. Bagging up the biggest was Hyeonsik Yun with 52 bb. Yun is the only representative left from Korea hoping to lift the title and the US$ 44,350 top prize. Yun catapulted to join the leaders after eliminating Bruno Moyse with A♦ A♠ dominating K♦ Q♦ .

Trailing the leader by a small margin was Francisco Sanchez with 49 bb. Sanchez earned a good chunk of his chips by cleaning out Quan Qiu with K♥ K♦ against J♦ 9♦ .

Other players earning their spot in the final lineup were Adrien Berger, Michael Kim Falcon, Hironori Yamada who is on his second final table having done the same at the NagaWorld Kick Off, Jeorge Lagatus, Ron Tate, Ihor Yerofieiev, and Oliver Schulze.

Leaving his foot on the gas, Hyeonsik Yun opens 65,000 from the button and takes Falcon along to the flop 3♠ 5♥ J♠ . Falcon leads 60,000 out of position, gets called and we see the A♣ . The same pattern on the turn reveals the river K♦ and a 150,000 lead from Falcon gets countered by a raise to 450,000 by Hyeonsik. Falcon lets it go and Hyeonsik picks up another juicy pot with the final table bubble looming.

Michael Falcon continues his aggression with a raise to 55,000 from the SB. Last to act Frank Lillis fills up his BB and we see 8♥ K♦ 7♦ . Falcon's 60,000 c-bet gets called, we see the 4♥ and Falcon's 105,000 bet gets called again for the river T♠ and another 200,000 bet from Falcon. Lillis folds and hands a chunky pot over to the chipleader.

Oliver Schulze opens 40,000 from +2, Michael Falcon calls and both players elect to check on 8♥ 5♠ J♥ , giving us the turn J♠ . Falcon leads 50,000, Schulze calls and the river is the Q♥ . Falcon leads 50,000 again, pumped up to 150,000 by Schulze and Falcon calls with top pair Q♣ 2♣ which is ahead of Schulze's 3♦ 3♥ .

After a raise to 25,000 from Jeorge Lagatuz and a call from Michael Falcon in the BB we see the flop 9♦ 4♥ J♦ . Lagatuz shoves for 150,000 and Falcon calls. With the board running 6♥ 4♠ , Lagatuz' J♣ T♥ beats Falcon's 2♠ 9♣ .

13,000 open from Donghyup Kim in +1 and two callers from HJ and SB. 8♣ 3♥ Q♦ for an 18,000 c-bet, called by Da De Titus Tay and raised to 42,000 by Michael Falcon. Kim adds some more to make it 100,000, Tay is out and Falcon calls. Falcon check-shoves the J♣ turn and Kim puts everything on the line with A♦ A♠ . Falcon has Q♣ 8♠ two pair, the 9♦ river doesn't change anything and Kim just misses the payouts.

In the next hand Michael Falcon continues his aggression with another 13,000 open from UTG and Donghyup Kim in the HJ, and Da De Titus Tay on the button call. The flop J♣ 6♠ 8♣ is only good enough for Kim to continue versus Falcon's 15,000 c-bet and we go to the turn 7♦ heads up. Falcon check-raises 80,000 to Kim's 35,000 bet, but elects to fold when Kim goes all-in.

Thomas Leslie shoves 121,000 from BB vs Falcon's utg+1 raise, gets called and the board runs J♥ Q♦ 9♥ 2♠ 6♦ . Leslie's 4♦ 8♣ is not enough against Falcon's A♦ J♠ and he is out in 41st, taking us to the bubble round.

Bruno Moyse finds himself min-opening another hand from CO with Michael Falcon D, and Jia Yi Lau BB both calling. Lau puts her last 20,000 in the middle on a flop 9♣ T♥ Q♠, called twice and we see the 5♠ . Check-call 35,000 from Moyse and a check fold on the 6♠ versus Falcon's 55,000 . The 7♠ 8♠ flush for Falcon is enough to eliminate Lau with Q♦ T♦ .

Lagatuz opens 12,000 from the button, Michael Falcon calls from BB with both players checking on K♦ T♣ 9♠ . Falcon leads on T♠ and K♥ with Lagatuz calling him down to see his Q♠ 8♠ win the 110,000 pot against Falcons J♠ 4♥ .

Bruno Moyse opens 12,000 from the button with Falcon and Reskallah filling up their blinds. The flop 7♠ 9♥ 6♠ has Falcon check-raise 40,000 against Moyse's 18,000 bet-call. Falcon takes it down with a 57,000 lead on the turn 7♥ .

Three players in a raised pot check to the turn 5♠ 7♠ 2♠ 3♦ . Big blind Michael Falcon bets 22,000 and only preflop aggressor Andrei Budykin calls. Falcon fires again on the river 5♦ , Budykin folds to the 45,000 bet.

On a raise pot preflop by Quan Qiu, Michael Kim Falcon shoves 5000 on the flop 8♣ 5♠ 6♠ . Itsuki Homma calls while Qiu folds.
