Battle of the blinds begins light with a friendly limp that's checked. On the flop Q♣ 3♠ A♦ , small blind Fabrice Ho test-bets 1000, and big blind Kien Tat Heng calls. Ho likes the turn 2♥ and makes it 3100 but Kien opts out for a good pot to Ho.

With the action folded to the blinds, New Caldonia’s Fabrice Ho raises to 2,100 from the SB and gets a defense from Kien Tat Heng of Singapore.

The flop is 2♠ T♠ 9♠ as Ho continues firing, this time for 3,500 and gets the call from the Singaporean. The turn is the 9♦ and this time, the New Caledonian checks. Kien then proceeds to unload a bet of 6,500. Ho calls. The river is the 6♦ as once again Ho checks. Kien empties the clip and goes all-in. Ho does not make the call.

Following a 1500 raise from Ziad Zebib, button player Kien Tat Heng beefs up the pot further with a re-raise of 3500, and is joined by small blind and Zebib for a good pot already weighing down the middle. On the flop 3♦ 3♠ 7♦ , Heng bets 5000, enough to lose a player while Zebib calls. No action is seen on the turn 9♦ but on the river 8♥ , Heng dips in his stack and tosses out 10,500, Zebib calls then mucks to A♦ A♠ .

Min-raise by Artem Vezhenkov finds two callers - Kien Tat Heng and Rindra Norodom - then they all take it easy on the flop J♦ J♥ 9♠ . No more checking on the turn T♠ with Vezhenkov sliding out 1300. Again, Kien and Norodom stick around for the river 7♣ . Following two checks, Kien takes a crack at it for 4200 and finds it's good enough to claim the pot uncontested.
