Crown Poker Club-WPTWC Series pays out over ₫16.9 Billion (~$680.6K); final wrap + winners Tuan Huu Nguyen and Anh Tuan Nguyen

 

After ten days of burning poker action, the Crown Poker Club “Find Your Way to the WPT World Championship Series” concluded with 13 players walking away as the club’s newest champions. The series opened on October 28 guaranteeing ₫13 Billion and at the close on November 6, it paid out over ₫16.9 Billion.

The final day saw Nguyen Manh Hung aka Manh Hung win the Main Event to capture his first major club title. He walked away the richest earner pocketing over a billion in Vietnamese dong. Also making headlines was Ta Khanh Linh aka Jack Risk who was the only player to win two events. We’ve got the highlights below including the final side event winners.

The ₫16.5 Million buy in Main Event dragged in 443 entries over four starters for a guarantee crushing prize pool of ₫6,364,200,000 (~$255,860). Nguyen Manh Hung bested the 56 final day qualifiers to claim his first ever major club title and a live tournament career high payout of ₫1,005,400,000 (~$40,420). This was Nguyen’s largest live career cash. 

TA KHANH LINH takes down the two events

cpctakhTa Khanh Linh aka Jack Risk was the only player to capture two trophies. Linh’s first victory was at the Bounty Hunter Event then followed it up with a win at the lone Short Deck event.
