Crown Poker Club’s first quarter of the year is headlined by Part 1 of the USOP Da Nang festivities scheduled from March 19 through April 1st, 2024.

The USOP festival previously held in Furama Resort in the coastal city of central Vietnam, stacked up to be the tour’s biggest event of the year after 1,595 entries turned up for its Main Event. Singapore’s The Naing seized the lion’s share of the VN₫ 34,810,800,000 (~$1,434,020) prize pool and racked up the single largest festival payout of VN₫ 4,979,000,000 (~$205,190).

Up next on the schedule is USOP Hanoi, geared to run from May 29 through June 11th, ending with another full fledged festival as the tour’s Grand Season Finale runs on November 19 through December 2. The previous USOP Hanoi held at the Club, celebrated an equally staggering turnout and garnered the title as the richest tournament in the country’s history up until the Da Nang festivities took place two months later. With two more booked for the year, players can look forward to another crushing series and more offerings definitely not to miss.

Joining the list are two thrilling WPT festivals, the first one being the WPT Viet Nam: Passport to the World Championship which kicks things off on May 14-27. The Passport to the World Championship series follows through its previous season held last October where the festival awarded ₫74,871,972,000 (~$3,060,000) in prizes in addition to the nine coveted World Championship packages. This upcoming edition charges a similar ₫30,000,000 (~US$ 1,230) Main Event buy-in beginning on the 23rd and a festival guarantee of 10 packages in total.

In addition, WPT Prime will run in the last quarter instead of its usual summer setting from October 1-14. Last year’s festivities saw its Main Event record 1,151 entrants for a seven figure prize pool where local runner Duc Thuy Nguyen emerged victorious.

Aside from the Main Event, tournament regulars can turn their attention to the highly famous super high roller event in Vietnam, the SuperStar Challenge. Created by Crown Poker Club Hanoi, the first of its kind ran last May 2022 and saw Filipino pro Florencio Campomanes come out on top for a payout of VN₫ 1.8 Billion (~$79K). To date, the homegrown tournament has emerged to be a favorite across the high tier buy-ins, taking over not only domestic games but international circuits as well.
