China Poker Games Atlantis less than a week away! – May 13 to 19 in Haitang Bay, Sanya

China Poker Games (CPG), the leading poker brand in mainland China, is set to host a weeklong poker event in Atlantis Sanya located in Haitang Bay from May 13 to 19, 2023. Dubbed CPG Atlantis, the event offers players a unique and unforgettable experience, blending exciting poker games with a fun holiday getaway.

For those just hearing of the brand, CPG holds the record in Asia for the largest field and richest prize pool set during its 10th year anniversary early this year. The event broke its own past record by amassing a 4,406 Main Event entry field and a prize pool of ~US$ 6.5 Million.

For the upcoming CPG Atlantis, the festival is expected to attract a large and diverse field of players from China and from abroad, thanks to the 30-day visa free policy to Sanya for 59 countries. For first timers to Haitang Bay, it is one of the newer and quieter sections of Sanya. Since it is less crowded, visitors can enjoy a more relaxing break from the stresses of the felt.

With the Main Event kicking off on opening day, and running the full length of the festival, getting there early is highly recommended. Three starting days are scheduled followed by Day 2, Day 3, Day 4, and Day 5. Buy in is CNY 12,000 (~US$ 1,765). Estimated prize pool is around US$ 1.8 Million.

In addition to the main attraction, the roster is filled with 24 side events with buy ins from US$ 175 to US$ 3,500. Key events are listed below:

Beautiful Sanya Cup – May 15-16, 2023
Haitang Bay Cup – May 16-18, 2023
High Roller – May 17-19, 2023
National Bay Cup – May 18-19, 2023

For first timers, the best way to navigate the schedule is via the CPG App. The brand was first to implement the online-live all in one app making it easier for players to purchase tickets, register, win seats, and get up to date information on all CPG events.
