The month of December is going to be a blast in Las Vegas with the World Poker Tour staging its biggest event in history, the WPT World Championship, which features a jaw-dropping $15 Million Main Event guarantee. While many have expressed interest in attending this monumental occasion, the hefty $10,400 buy-in has also generated its fair share of fence-sitters. If you are one of them, good news is on the table. The Crown Poker Club (CPC) in Ha Noi, Vietnam hopes to ease those woes with a “Find Your Way to WPT World Championship Series” taking place from October 28 to November 6. One seat to the WPTWC Main Event is guaranteed and two for the WPT Prime Championship. In total, the ten-day series advertises 16 events and over ₫13 Billion in guaranteed prize pools. Additionally, the club has stated “No Tax on Your Winning”. Here are the highlights.
WPT World Championship Satellite
The WPT World Championship Main Event will no doubt be the hottest ticket this December with its $15M guarantee giving everyone reason to drool. To get in this event for cheap, you can try your luck at CPC WPTWC Satellite which guarantees one seat worth $10,400. The satellite takes place on Tuesday, November 1. There are two options to consider, we’ve listed them below.

While the $1,100 buy in is practically a norm at most main events in Asia, getting in for less is always welcome. On October 31, the CPC will host a WPT Prime Championship Satellite. WPTC Series Main Event ₫5 Billion gtd
In addition to the WPTWC Satellites is a full schedule of 16 events with over ₫13 Billion in guarantees. The bulk will be seen at the WPTC Series Main Event. For a buy in of ₫16.5 Million (~$685), players have a chance at the ₫5 Billion (~$207,160) prize pool. The featured event runs from November 3 to 6 with three entry heats.
WPTC Series Opener ₫2.5 Billion gtd
The doors open with the WPTC Series Opener featuring a generous ₫2.5 Billion (~$103,580) guarantee. The event runs from October 28 to 30 with three starting heats to try to qualify for the final day. Buy in is ₫8.8 Million (~$365).
Mystery Bounty ₫1.5 Billion gtd
The increasing popularity of the Mystery Bounty secures its place in the series roster. To spice up the pot, ₫1.5 Billion (~$103,850) is guaranteed. This is a two day event running from October 30 to 31. Buy in is ₫11 Million (~$455) with ₫3.5M going to the bounty pool.
