WPT and Poker King return for a second online series featuring CN¥ 10M Main Event guarantee; Phil Ivey, Tom Dwan, Patrik Antonius among confirmed pros

1200x630 v1

While plenty of attention is on the live games happening in Las Vegas, another exciting festival is about to take place. On the virtual arena, the globally renowned World Poker Tour, and one of Asia’s leading brands, Poker King, unite once again to bring players an eleven day festival featuring CN¥ 15 Million (~US$ 2.3 Million) in guaranteed prize pools. The bulk of that pot is reserved for the Main Event with a guaranteed CN¥ 10 Million (~US$ 1.56 Million) on the line.

Games will be held from November 12 to 22 on the Poker King app.

Notorious for producing the world’s biggest games, Poker King spices things up with the confirmed attendance of brand ambassadors Phil Ivey and Tom Dwan. Also attending are Patrik Antonius, Daniel Dvoress, WPT host Lynn Gilmartin, and famous DJ Steve Aoki. More are expected in the coming days. Suffice it to say, this is one event that must not be missed.

Throughout the festival, fifteen events are scheduled. The top attraction will of course be the CN¥ 10 Million guaranteed Main Event. For added thrill, all participating stars will have a bounty on their head. During the first edition, champion “DannyAce66” turned his lowly CN¥ 2,000 buy-in into a whopping CN¥ 1,750,000 (~US$ 270,300) payday. Among the many big names in attendance, only Ivey, Phil Hellmuth, Nick Petrangelo, and Jean Robert Bellande reached the money round. For the upcoming series, a generous seven starting days is offered. Like previous, the final table will stream live on multiple platforms (TBA) in English and in Mandarin.
