Since its opening the club has provided non-stop tournaments to ensure that its clientele is pepped up. It is operating under the supervision of the Poker and Bridge Federation. In accordance to Vietnamese laws, WIN Poker is not allowed to hold cash games in the premises and tournaments are only offered to its members who can avail of different membership plans.
In September 2018, the club was closed for a few weeks for a renovation and re-opened in October, with new tables added and lighting enhanced. Other parts also getting work done were the auditorium, the kitchen, bar, and smoking area.
In addition to the upgrades and repairs of the tournament space, the club places emphasis on offering big guaranteed tournaments. A new series called WIN TIME was also introduced.
