The 6♥ Q♥ 8♦ 9♣ 3♣ runout gave Mccully top pair to send Mendoza to the rail and claim the last of his chips.

Neither player connected with the 3♠ 6♠ 4♠ 6♣ 8♦ runout. Mccully was good at showdown with ace-high to take the pot while Machado was sent to the rail.

In a preflop confrontation Joshua Mccully was all in with pocket nines, covering Nevan Chang who had pocket jacks.

Mccully hit a nine on the flop and then another on the river, making quads to eliminate Chang.

Michael Andersson opened to 15,000 from the button and Josh Mccully three-bet to 70,000 from the big blind. Andersson called.

The flop came A♥ J♥ 5♣ and Mccully fired a 45,000 continuation bet that Andersson called. Mccully checked the 9♥ turn and Andersson bet 105,000. Mccully called again. On the K♠ river Mccully checked, Andersson shoved and Mccully called with his remaining stack of 250,000.

Mccully had two pair with A♠ K♣ but Andersson had the nut-flush with K♥ Q♥ to send Mccully to the rail and take down a colossal pot.

Yokosawa had top pair but was drawing dead to Mccully’s flush. The 5♥ river changed nothing and Mcaully doubled through Yokosawa.
