Dong Li opened with half his stack for 1,100,000, called by Baojie Lin on the big blind. On flop 2♣ 8♥ 5♠ , Lin led all-in for 950,000, and was snap called by Li behind with A♣ 8♠ . Lin is in rough shape with A♥ T♣ , and headed out shortly after turn 2♥ and river J♥ completed the board.

Dong Li raised all-in on the small blind and saw Dingding Guan behind, make the call for his tournament life (2,600,000). Dominated, Li continued his descent as board 6♦ A♣ 9♣ 5♥ Q♣ secured the double up for his opponent with top pair.

Dong Li completed on the big blind vs Chenxiang Miao's button open, and went on to check call three streets - 500,000, 1,0000,000, and 2,000,000, on board 9♥ 5♠ T♠ 3♥ K♠ . Miao revealed the rockets, and shipped another sizable pot off Li.

Yong Li open shoved 1,900,000 in on the button and was called by Dong Li behind. At risk, Yong Li headed out shortly after failing to improve on board 3♥ J♦ 4♦ 8♦ T♦ .

Dong Li opened on the cutoff, joined by Chenxiang Miao from the small blind. Li continued on flop K♠ Q♦ A♣ , and barreled another 500,000 on turn T♣ . Miao check raised the following bet to 2,000,000, and Li put in the call to river 7♠ . Miao led all-in with his straight, and Li let go of his two pair.

Dong Li opened utg, followed by a 1,300,000 three bet behind from Chenxiang Miao on the button. Li raised all-in, and Miao snap called for his entire 7,200,000. Crushed against a monster, Li shipped the lead to Miao after missing board Q♣ 4♠ 3♦ 9♥ 2♠ .

Dong Li opened 400,000 on the cutoff, joined by Chenxiang Miao on the small blind. On board K♥ 3♠ 6♥ A♥ , Li double barreled - 350,000 and 1,400,000. Miao check called one street but opted to fold his midpair after being faced with a hefty bet.

Chenxiang Miao defended his big blind against Dong Li's 300,000 open and headed to flop 9♠ 2♥ 8♣ . Li continued for 225,000, and fired another 800,000 on turn K♠ , with Miao check calling both streets. On river 5♠ , Li sent out a final 2,000,000, leaving Miao unable to continue with top pair.

On turn T♠ , Li went for another 600,000, and snap called Hu's 2,300,000 all-in. Hu revealed K♥ T♥ , crushed against Li's boat T♣ 7♥ , all the way through river 9♣ .

Takeo Kimura open shoved 1,000,000 and was challenged by chip leader Dong Li. This time ahead, Li booked another loss as the turn K♦ J♦ 9♥ A♦ 8♦ paired up Kimura's ace for the win.

Dong Li opened on the cutoff, and called Hongshuang Hu's 1,500,000 all-in. Another pocket pair battle, Hu's better holdings held for the win as board J♣ 9♠ 6♦ 4♠ T♣ felted no deuces.

A fourway raised pot dealt flop 7♦ 7♣ 4♣ . Action checked to Yong Li, who bet 250,000, called behind by Dong Li. On turn A♠ , Yong Li opted to check call for 900,000, and arrived at showdown shortly after Dong Li checked back river 4♦ . Yong Li revealed 8♥ 8♦ , good against Dong Li's 6♥ 6♠ .

Dong Li defended his hijack open and called an 800,000 three bet from Chenxiang Miao on the small blind. Li called another 650,000 on flop Q♣ J♣ 7♠ , and went for a 750,000 bet on turn J♦ after Miao put in a check. Miao opted out, earning Li yet another pot.

Zhikang Dai opened on the cutoff and saw Dong Li defend his big blind, revealing flop K♥ K♣ 7♥ . Dai continued for 100,000, check raised by Li to 325,000. Dai made it 1,100,000 to go, and Li completed. Both checked turn 6♦ through to river 3♦ , where Li led 500,000. Dai surrendered, shipping the pot to his opponent.

Dong Li opened to 175,000 on the hijack, and called off Chuang Hao's 1,415,000 shove right behind. Dominated, Hao found no help on board J♠ 2♥ 4♠ 5♦ 7♦ , ending his Main Event run short of the final table.

On turn A♣ , Hu opted to check call a 175,000 bet from his opponent, and check river 9♣ once more. Li checked it back, and muck as Hu revealed two pair A♠ 2♦ .

Dong Li opened to 160,000 utg, joined by big blind Hongshuang Hu on flop T♠ 6♠ 5♠ . Li continued for 150,000, and went on to barrel another 400,000 on turn Q♥ . Hu called the initial street but let it go as Li proceeded with aggression.

Dong Li completed on the big blind vs Feng Xiang's utg open and headed to flop T♠ 2♦ K♠ . Both checked it through to turn 9♦ , where Li led for 200,000. Li barreled a final 250,000 on river 2♣ , with Feng calling both streets, only to take the loss as Li tabled two pair K♥ 4♥ .

Hongshuang Hu open shoved his last 430,000 and was called behind by Dong Li. At risk, Hu earned the much needed double up, with his queen high straight on board J♣ 8♣ 9♥ T♥ 7♠ taking it down.

Hongshuang Hu defended his big blind against Dong Li's utg open and headed to flop 7♦ T♠ 5♠ . Both players checked to turn 5♦ , where Hu led 150,000. Li put in the call and arrived at showdown shortly after river 6♣ was checked through. Hu flipped over K♦ 6♦ and won the pot against Li's A♣ Q♥ .

Vying for 120,000 in the middle across board K♦ 3♣ 5♠ 5♦ , action was seen on Dong Li check calling a bet of 85,000 from Xu Chen. Chen gunned another 150,000 on turn A♣ , eventually convincing Li to let it go.

Dong Li opened to 12,000 from utg+1 and called a 36,000 three bet from Zhikang Dai behind. On board Q♥ 4♣ 9♣ 3♥ , Dai double barreled - 25,000 and 68,000. Li called the initial bet but folded as Dai continued with aggression.

Over a hundred eliminations have been delivered throughout the day with only 127 players remaining in contention by the second break. Baofeng Zhang currently leads the charge, stacking above the 1 million mark to leave quite a distance from second in rank Ran Zhou's 665,000 chip count.
