The action starts from the CO where a raise to 3,000 is put forward but upon reaching the SB of chip leader Nguyen Quang Huy of Vietnam, there comes a 3-bet to 20,000. On the BB, Stephen Bergenholtz of the United States 4-bet shoves for his remaining 35,500. The raiser in the CO folds and Nguyen makes the call.

Bergenholtz flips over Q♠ J♠ while Nguyen has him dominated with A♠ Q♦ .

The runout goes: 7♦ 4♦ T♥ 4♠ 2♥ and Bergenholtz is bounced from the tournament. Meanwhile, Nguyen’s stack is getting closer to the 250,000 mark.

American Stephen Bergenholtz is on the D and called a UTG raise by someone going by the name of HE370 from China. The raise is to 2,000 and they see a flop.

That flop is 9♠ K♥ 2♥ as the Chinese player continues for 3,000 and gets raised by Bergenholtz to 7,000. HE370 makes the call. The turn is the A♣ and HE370 goes all-in and gets called by the American.

The Chinese players shows Q♥ J♣ for a gutshot straight draw while Bergenholtz reveals he has K♠ T♠ for top pair on the flop.

The river is the Q♦ as HE370 has only 300 remaining in his chip stack.

Dang Anh Duc sees two limpers come in and decides to raise it to 2,200 from the D. The original limper from UTG calls along with American Stephen Bergenholtz in the CO.

The flop is 3♦ 5♠ 6♠ as all check. The turn is the J♦ and after a check from UTG, Bergenholtz bets 2,700 and Dang makes the call. The UTG player folds. It is heads up to the river which produces the T♦ . The American goes into the tank and is obliged to give up a Time Bank card. He then decides to bet 6,000. Dang folds.

Freda Antonio opens from UTG for 300 and the action is folded to the CO where Stephen Bergenholtz re-raises to 700. Antonio 4-bets to 3,000 and Bergenholtz chooses to make the call.

The flop comes J♥ 3♠ Q♥ as Antonio unloads 4,200. Bergenholtz calls. The turn is the Q♠ and this time, both players check. The river is the J♣ and no further action ensues.

Antonio flips over A♦ K♠ while Bergenholtz shows T♣ T♥ which awards the pot to Antonio as the board counterfeits the American’s pocket pair. Antonio’s Ace kicker prevails.

Vietnam’s Huu Minh Tri opens from the HJ and gets callers in the blinds as Stephen Bergenholtz of the United States joins in from the SB and Japan’s Taku calls from the BB.

The flop is T♥ T♦ K♥ as the blinds check. Huu CBets 300 and it’s enough to take down the pot.

England’s Sevvy Steenman raises from UTG to 600 and gets a defense from Stephen Bergenholtz from the United States in the BB.

The flop is Q♦ 8♦ 8♣ as Bergneholtz checks. Steenman fires 800 and the American heads for the hills.
