Wei sends Morikawa to below average
Barely a few hands after vanquishing Filipino Ruben Clamares, Japan's Yuta Morikawa is once again in the news but this time as a donor to Singapore's Wei Amos Yi Zhu.

Giam and Inokuchi folded but Wei called.
The flop is 3♥ 5♠ 8♦ and the action went check-check.
The turn produces the K♠ as Morikawa checked a second time. This time, Wei takes over the betting lead for 10,000. Morikawa still calls.
The river shows the J♠ . Again Morikawa checks and is met with a shove from Wei. Morikawa eventually throws his hand into the muck.
Wei breaks into six figures in holdings with the triumph.
