Roller Coaster Day For Kevin Hasler

Level 7: 400 / 800 ante: 800
Kevin Hasler

Kevin Hasler from Switzerland is having an exciting day on the felt. We saw him earlier today folding a straight on the turn, after a couple more losing hands, he was down to just crumbles but managed to climb back up again. First, he got runner runner with Q 9 against Wahlquist's A 3 on A T 2 9 9 , then he won with 4 4 against Hendra Choandri's J J on T 9 4 3 T and directly after busting Hyeontae Sim with K J against Sim's T T . So far it has been a remarkable comeback for the Swiss player. Let's see if he can continue to run up his stack.

Wahlquist Two Pairs Against Ip

Level 4: 200 / 400 ante: 400

Patrick Wahlquist raised to 1,500 and was called by Tsz Kan Ip on the button and Enrico Mosca on the big blind. The three players were given a flop of 2 8 3 . Wahlquist made a continuation-bet of 2,000 with only IP staying on to see a A turn. Wahlquist fired 5,500 and Ip tanked a bit before making the call to open a 5 on the river. Both players checked and flipped over their cards. Ip showed A K. for a pair of aces while Wahlquist showed A 3 for the winning two-pair.
