The APPT National wrapped up Day 2 with the Final 9 players determined in just 7 hours of play. Bagging up the biggest was Hyeonsik Yun with 52 bb. Yun is the only representative left from Korea hoping to lift the title and the US$ 44,350 top prize. Yun catapulted to join the leaders after eliminating Bruno Moyse with A A dominating K Q .


Trailing the leader by a small margin was Francisco Sanchez with 49 bb. Sanchez earned a good chunk of his chips by cleaning out Quan Qiu with K K against J 9 .
