Chaar-Lee discovered poker over 20 years ago, starting with fixed-limit games before embracing the rise of No-Limit Hold’em across cash games, STTs, and MTTs. In the early days, he and his circle sometimes played more than 40 different formats in a single night. He organized the first poker camp in his region and has contributed poker technology to several televised shows. Today, he supports the SOMUCHPOKER team from the tech side, blending two decades of poker passion with technical expertise.

Emmanuel Segismundo is among the pioneering Philippine poker players whose career dates back to 2011. He was dubbed a natural known for pouncing on opponents’ weaknesses. Segismundo made his biggest cash out of the gate at the APT Manila Main Event, cashing a whopping PHP 893,000 (USD 21,003).

Segismundo claimed his maiden Philippine title in 2016 when he won the Battle of the Nations event at APT Manila, cashing USD 1,935. He then continued his victory streak in 2017, placing first in the PokerStars LIVE Manila Super Series No-Limit Hold’em Warm-Up event, Main Event, and APT Manila’s Opening Event within months of each other.

Segismundo has since been chasing the high of his biggest cash, with significant wins at the No-Limit Hold’em event at APT Manila 2019, where he cashed PHP 601,800 (USD 11,617), a fourth-place title at the Main Event in the Asian Poker Championship 5 Million Guaranteed tournament, where he cashed PHP 1,006,885 (USD 19,763), and a first-place win at the All Bankrolls Kickoff event at WPT Philippines, where he cashed PHP 642,800 (USD 12,667).

The prolific player even won first place in the No-Limit Hold’em Turbo Event at PokerStars LIVE Okada Manila Millions just before the pandemic.

Upon his return to the felt post-pandemic, Segismundo wasted no time securing more first-place titles at the Asia Poker Championship Pasig, APT Philippines 2022, Okada Manila Millions, and APPT Manila, bringing his total live earnings up to USD 366,826.
