Natural8-WSOPC: NeverGambol comes from behind to win Ring Event #11; LeFlaneur & AlwaysWithNuts win $10K HR sides

Big day at the WSOP Super Circuit Online Series where another gold ring was captured. The envied player was Lithuania’s “NeverGambol” who overcame a deficit to ship the Deepstack Bounty Hunters event along with a pocketful $ 73,087.42.

Running alongside the featured event were several side games. The day’s biggest winners were AlwaysWithNuts and Natural8 member Le Flaneur, both won a $ 10K High Roller event. Another Natural8 winner was Vietnam’s noobangry at the $ 500 Daily Main. Both Natural8 members topped their respective region’s leaderboard.

If you are just getting wind of this ongoing series, hands down it is the largest online event ever staged. It opened on May 3rd at GG Network Natural8 and will run until May 31st. Over the 29 days, 18 Ring Events and 577 side events are scheduled. An enormous $ 100,000,000 in prizes is guaranteed. To date, 11 gold rings have been claimed, 299 games won, and $ 77.4 million paid out.

WSOPC Ring Event #11: Deepstack Bounty Hunters – NeverGambol – $ 73,087.42

The Deepstack Bounty Hunters event ignited a mob of 3,297, each one in hot pursuit of the next WSOP gold ring. It took over twelve hours of play for the event to wrap up with Lithuania’s NeverGambol emerging victorious. For the achievement, NeverGambol earned $ 47,444.72 plus $ 25,642.70 in bounties for a combined $ 73,087.42.

The event opened with under 1000 players but after 260 minutes of late registration, the hunters piled in to boost up the prize pool to $ 659,400. Among the players in the money but outside of the final table were recent ring winners JoaoValli (79th), BlaireauEnColere (270th), and first installment winner Chi Jen Chu “PetitFoxx” (160th).

The final table kicked off with Simply_The_Best leading the chase. Jackwu9011123 and NeverGambol went on a mad rush knocking out players that by three-handed, both had incredibly massive stacks. Jackwu901123 went on to eliminate eFjey in 3rd place to face NeverGambol up over 3:1 in chips.

For NeverGambol, it was a choppy final battle for the ring. After scooping up a double up, NeverGambol proceeded to lose two pots on a failed bluff.
