Natural8-WSOPC: MenNguyen88 and porsche911sp win $5K events; four Ring Events around the corner

The WSOP Super Circuit Online Series completed another round of side games and Day 1 heats to select Ring Events. The day’s biggest winners were MenNguyen88 and porsche911sp.

The ongoing series has been running at GG Network Natural8 since May 3rd with the last of the games offered on May 31st. With 18 Ring Events scheduled, hundreds of side events, and a massive $ 100,000,000 guarantee, it is the largest onlinvegase series ever staged. To date, 6 gold rings were captured, 229 games won, and $ 46.7 million paid out. To score one of those coveted WSOP gold rings, just around the corner are four featured events.

Upcoming WSOPC Ring Events

The next batch of WSOPC Ring Events gets underway on May 17 & 18 with four shiners up for grabs. Up first is Ring Event #7: Monster Stack $500K GTD. For an investment of $ 200, players have a chance at the $ 500,000 guarantee. The event takes place on May 17 at ve21:00 (HKT). Currently 159 were registered.

Five hours after the start of the above event is Ring Event #8: HR Championships $10M GTD. It offers the largest guarantee of all WSOPC events, coming in at a whopping $ 10 million. To take part, buy in is just as high at $ 25,000. Registration has increased to 65 players. Among them are GGPoker Ambassadors Fedor Holz, Bryn Kenney, Bertrand “ElkY” Grospellier, Boris Becker, Fedor Kruse, and newly signed Natural8 Ambassador Thai Ha. Other players are ring winners TheMadQueen and Chi Jen Chu “PetitFoxx”. Also in the line up is Kristen Bicknell “Krissyb24”. Game gets underway on May 18 at 2:00 (HKT).

One hour after the start of the event above is WSOPC Ring Event #9: Mini Main Event $1M GTD. Due to its very affordable $ 100 buy in, it is without a doubt the hottest item on the list. The number of entries has been increasing by the thousands everyday. At the time of writing there were 22,661 entries. The prize pool was crushed several days ago and now sits at $ 1,918,568. With 8 Day 1 heats remaining, it should easily push well over $ 2.5 million. Among the final day qualifiers are Ring Event winners Chi Jen Chu “PetitFoxx, TheMadQueen, 274AS, and BlaireEnColere.

Signed pros also making the list are: Fedor Holz, ElkY, Felipe Ramos, Kosei Ichinose, Pete Chen “TurboPete”, Guo Dong, and Thai Ha. The final day gets underway on May 18 at 3:00 (HKT).

Right on the heels of the Mini Main Event is another one for the heavyweights, the WSOPC Ring Event #10: PLO HR Championship $1M GTD with buy in at a sizable $ 10,000. GGPoker Ambassadors Fedor Holz and Felipe Ramos are among the players registered. The event takes place on May 18 @ 4:00 (HKT).

Registration is also ongoing for the star attraction, the WSOPC Ring Event #17: MAIN EVENT $5M GTD. Daily Day 1 heats have been running, buy in is $ 1,000. A couple of $5K events ran at Day 13, porsche911sp won the No Limit Hold’em and MenNguyen88 shipped the Omaha. Both players earned over $80K to become the day’s biggest winners. Oddly, the Omaha event drew more players than the NLH.
