Schedule
The event will take place between November 27th and December 3rd. Highlights of the schedule are the USD$1,050 Main Event with a $250,000 GTD and a High Roller with a USD$3,300 entry fee. Open Face Chinese makes an appearance with a USD$550 event, with some PLO, Heads Up, Bounty events, and much more sprinkled into the schedule over the festival. Win a seat to event 14 or 16 with Somuchpoker
To add a little extra excitement to the event, Somuchpoker have put forward a promotion for the community that will see a player winning a seat to event 14 ($330 – NLH Turbo) or event 16 ($330 – NLH 6-Handed).
Somuchpoker will offer the seat to the Event for the best placed finisher who finishes outside of the money places in the Main Event among all players registered to the promotion. (Bubble boy)

Accommodation
Resort World is offering several options of accommodation, with rooms ranging from the economic smaller rooms, to the more extravagant suites. Prices begin at PHP3,700 (USD$79) at Remington Hotel, with a larger room costing in the PHP4,8005,600 (USD$102 – $120) range at Belmont Hotel. The more luxurious suites at Maxims will set you back PHP10,800 (USD$230.) The IPO Facebook page shows pictures of differing room types along with potential discounts for poker players looking to attend this festival.
Resort World Manila
Venue
Resorts World Manila will be hosting this event, and are widely recognised as a casino with an excellent reputation for hosting major events in the Philippines. Genting Group own many high quality casinos around the world, with Resorts World Manila being one of their earliest projects. You can expect a positive atmosphere and a professionally run festival at this location, which has a shopping mall and cinema close by, along with being right beside the airport.
Shuttle every hour to Resort World from NAIA Airport.
Further Info
IPO entered into a partnership with Resorts World Casinos earlier this year, and with the many locations that Resorts World have across Asia, this promises to be a fruitful friendship. This partnership should help the IPO to become more competitive in a market where the APT and APPT currently lead the way. Organisers will be hoping to build on what was a successful IPO festival in Korea, back in December.
National Team Event
In a late change of plans, the opening event at IPO3 has been replaced by something a little different. There will be a monumental clash of nations taking place, as 10+2 players will form a team for China, Korea, Philippines, and Japan. These teams will then compete, with each player paying a USD$320 buy in fee. The winning nation will then divide up the entire prize pool between it's players!
