Fast growing Asian poker site J88Poker launches Sit&Go

Since its launch in October 2017, the Asian online brand J88Poker the asian online brands keeps developing its offering both on the live field and the online one.

In April the brand hosted a successful festival in Taiwan which saw a total of 452 players entering the Main Event.

In May the operator is putting more focus on its online product by launching SNGs. So far J88poker is offering Omaha, Badugi, OFC, Short Deck, 10+holdem (Golden Dragon) and tournaments.

Here is what you should know about the upcoming J88poker launch:

● What is a Sit and Go?

SNG is a type of poker tournament that starts when a certain number of seats is filled, which makes them convenient for those who are not able to spend hours on the game.

● When will the SNGs be available?

The SNGs will start running on May 1st.

● What kind of SNGs will be available on J88Poker?

There will be 3 types of SNG: Heads-Up, Single and Multiple. Single SNG will have 6-max and 9-max tables. For Multiples it will be 18, 45 and 90 players.

Each type will have three speeds: Regular – 8 minutes, Turbo – 5 minutes and Hyper – 3 minutes. Buy-ins vary from ₵10 to ₵53,000.

Fifty 50 SNG at J88Poker

Fifty 50 SNGs end when there are half of the original entrants left. At this point half of the prize pool (basically your entry fee minus the rake) is paid out to the winners. The remaining half of the prize pool is paid according to the number of chips you hold when the game ends.
