Almost two weeks in and seven more to go, the awaited U Series of Poker – World of Champions is finally underway. The two-month long festival running on the UPoker platform until March 21, 2021 serves as a benchmark as one of the biggest series to date in the mobile poker applications market. The exciting events brought by Universal Grand, UPoker’s largest union, is set to award over 2M in prizes throughout its 22 tournament line-up.
Having kicked off its first event last mid-January, four tournaments have successfully concluded so far with the Mini High Roller 50K GTD and day two for the Mini Main Event 200K GTD scheduled this coming weekend. The action-packed next few weeks will have UPoker’s 1.5 million player base surely tuning into this quarter’s great value events. On top of the generous guarantees, lucky winners of the eight major events will receive actual trophies adorned with premium Gold and Silver for their prestigious victories.
USOP 2021 awards its champions with gold trophies
A true icon of success, trophies have always been regarded as symbols to showcase one’s skills, talents and accomplishments. Poker champions are certainly no different, with most if not all receiving a level of respect and prestige for their win. With that said, festival organizer Universal Grand has prepared an impressive collection of trophies for the fortunate winners of eight major events to bring added value to the already outstanding top prizes in store.
Imbued with premium 24K Gold and 925 Silver, the trophies not only reflect the players’ achievements but are also pieces of art, design and craftsmanship. The most notable trophy of all will be awarded to the Main Event champion with the one-of-a-kind award being a great representation of the special moment in the winner’s career. The two layer wing design of the trophy reveals the lucky individual’s embedded potential which made the coveted triumph all the while possible.
Champions of the High Roller Event and Mini Main Event are also set to receive equally aspired yet simple and elegant trophies. Showing a similar base to the Main Event award, the two trophies are made with aircraft grade aluminum imbued with 24K Gold as well. A main difference, however, is the missing layers of wings letting the UPoker gold emblem instead be the center of attention of the piece.
Five side event winners will likewise be awarded mini trophies crafted with the same quality of materials as the major tokens for their amazing run. Exhibiting the UPoker logo on its face, the smaller relic will remind the champions of a memorable victory and the infinite possibility of grander ones to come in the near future.
With the inspiring tokens ready to be sent out, the respective eight champions will have to send an e-mail to champions@useriespoker.com following their win to claim their elegantly-made trophies.
A total of 18 events remain in the festival’s line-up with the anticipated Main Event scheduled a close five weeks from now. Posting the biggest guarantee on schedule, the highlighting tournament will post a 400K GTD prize pool with the champion crowned at the end of March 14’s games.
