On his way to dissecting this field of 316 players, Lee picked up $5,000 in bounty prizes in addition to his $39,000 prize money. Despite being shortest when three handed play began, he moved up through the gears quickly once he had some chips to work with, using his extensive experience, and emerging as a very worthy champion.

Christopher Soya wins for second year in a row the AU $1,150 Accumulator Event

Christopher Soyza must be growing to like the Aussie Millions. One event in particular is providing him with some fond memories actually, as he has astoundingly won the same event two years running. It is such a rarity to see back to back champions these days, particularly when hundreds of players are in the field. This event attracted 656 runners, and after battling his way to the chip lead by the time the final table began, Soyza confidently converted his advantageous position, taking home AU $147,930 for winning this $1,150 Accumulator Event.

Christopher Soyza is from Malaysia and his last four live cashes have all been 1st places. Soyza will certainly propel himself up Malaysian all time money list if he carries this excellent form into the rest of the Aussie Millions, and beyond.
